I’m usually prone to uncomfortable cycles and have to resort to painkillers and no other teas have helped me very much, they just calm me down but don’t help increase flow - flow brew has been awesome! I’ve been taking it for 3 months around menstrual cycle and have noticed a significant improvement, this month I didn’t have to take any painkillers! I tried the chill brew and it was a perfect treat for taking a moment to relax. The floral flavours are anchored with the slightly fruity and earthy ingredients which makes it more satisfying and grounding.

Enjoying this tea very much! It’s so smooth, gentle flavoured, and feels super refreshing. Perfect after meals or just as a calming daily drink after a busy day. I reused the same tea bag about four times and it still tastes great each time. Definitely a new favourite in my tea stash!

I actually got both the beauty brew and chill brew. Tasted them both in one go - different flowers but so good for after meal teas. Love this chill brew vibe - it’s very delicate and earthy slightly sweet. Not like your usual “herbal” teas that taste all grassy. Will come back for more!

Was probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long while or ever. Woke up rejuvenated and well rested - not just falling asleep as I had been when I took sleeping pills. Honestly so so good. Very mild flavour - can refill / brew for days (I keep mine in the fridge)!

I’ve been trying out the Herbal Craft Goji Berries and I’m pretty impressed. They’ve got a nice balance of sweet and tart, and the texture is chewy, which makes them perfect for snacking. I’ve been adding them to my breakfast oats, tossing them in smoothies, and even sprinkling a handful over my salad. They’re pretty versatile.
